- Before finalizing the order/payment, the User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the GTC. The use of the service is subject to the express acceptance of the GTC (e.g., by ticking a checkbox).
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC. The amendment enters into force upon publication on the Interface. As a general rule, already concluded contracts are not affected by the amendment.
4. Conclusion of contract electronically
- The User initiates the start of parking and then payment by providing the necessary data (in particular: zone code, license plate number, e-mail address).
- By initiating and successfully completing the payment, the User makes an offer to use the service. The contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation and the system message indicating the start of parking.
- The Service Provider may send electronic confirmation of the contract/parking to the provided email address (e.g., parking start, stop, receipt link).
- The language of the contract is Hungarian. The Service Provider may provide information in other languages; in case of discrepancies, the Hungarian text shall prevail.
5. Subject and Operation of the Service
- The Service Provider, as a reseller of NM Zrt., intermediates the payment of the parking fee and the electronic initiation/termination of parking entitlement.
- Parking fees, zone regulations, validity conditions, and control systems generally operate according to the rules of the respective area’s parking operator/NM Zrt. system.
- The Service Provider is not a parking operator; typically, only the competent operator is entitled to review fines/notices resulting from violations of parking regulations.
6. Fees, Pricing, Information
- The User pays the parking fee and the Service Fee. The payable items are clearly displayed before payment.
- The amount of the parking fee is typically determined by the zone/operator; the Service Provider displays it on the Interface based on the available data.
- The Service Provider is entitled to modify the amount of the Service Fee. The modified fee applies to new transactions following its publication on the Interface.
- Currency: the currency displayed on the Interface (typically HUF). If multiple currencies are available, the currency selected at payment shall apply.
7. Payment (Barion or Stripe)
- Card payment is made through the displayed payment service provider (Barion or Stripe) on the Interface. The identity of the payment service provider is visible before the payment is initiated.
- The Service Provider does not process or store card data; card details are provided and processed on the secure interface of the payment service provider.
- In case of unsuccessful payment, the initiation of parking may fail. The User is obliged to ensure that parking has actually started (confirmation on the Interface and/or by email).
- Credits/refunds related to payment are initiated, if justified, according to the rules of the payment service provider and bank processing. The conditions for refunds are also addressed in point 10 and point 13.
- Parking data: parking zone (zone code), license plate number (and where necessary: country/identifier, vehicle category).

- Starting: the User initiates parking by providing the zone code and license plate number, then completing the payment. Parking is considered started when confirmed by the Interface and/or the User receives an email notification.
- Stopping: the User can stop parking using the stop function available on the Interface. Confirmation of successful stopping appears and/or an email notification is sent.
- Extension: technically, extension may mean starting a new parking period. In this case, the previous parking is closed, and the new parking continues from the time of extension. As a result, the fee for the previous period may be calculated proportionally (the full previously reserved amount may not necessarily be deducted if the system applies proportional accounting).
- User verification: it is the User’s responsibility to start parking for the correct zone and license plate, and to check the parking status (active/stopped).
- Alternative payment: if the Interface is not operational for technical reasons, the User is not exempt from the obligation to pay the parking fee; in such cases, it is recommended to use the on-site machine or another official payment method.
9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
9.1. Obligations of the Service Provider
- The Service Provider provides the online interface necessary for using the service and, following payment—based on system feedback—assists in starting/stopping parking.
- The Service Provider may send notifications of parking events to the provided email address.
9.2. User obligations and responsibilities
- The User guarantees the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data provided (in particular: zone code, license plate number, e-mail).

- The User is obliged to ensure that parking has started, and is also required to check the stopping of parking.
- The User may use the service for personal use only; direct resale is not permitted.
10. Contract concluded between distant parties, withdrawal/termination (consumer)
Legal framework: in the case of a consumer contract concluded between distant parties, the general rule is a 14-day right of withdrawal/termination. However, for services—if the consumer expressly requests the commencement of performance—the exercise of this right may be limited, and the consumer may be required to pay a proportional fee.
- Immediate commencement of performance: by starting parking, the User requests the Service Provider to commence the provision of the service immediately.
- Express consent and acknowledgment: in the case of a consumer, before payment, the User declares (e.g. by checkbox) that
- they request the immediate commencement of the service; and
- they acknowledge that after the performance of the service, they may lose their right of withdrawal/termination.
- Withdrawal/termination in the case of services: if the User (consumer) exercises their right of termination after the commencement of performance, they may be required, within the legal framework, to pay the proportional value of the service already performed. In the case of parking, the service is typically performed within a short time (it ends with the stopping of parking).
- Practical consequence: after starting parking, the User may stop the parking (see section 8.2), which corresponds to the actual termination of the service. In this case, fees are settled based on the actual parking time and the Service Fee.
- Non-consumer (business): in the case of businesses, the consumer right of withdrawal/termination does not apply.
Note: the above information is consumer information adapted to the nature of the service. In the event of an individual dispute, the specific transaction and system logs will be examined.

- To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider excludes liability for damages, fines, or surcharges resulting from incorrect data provided by the User (in particular, incorrect zone code, license plate number, e-mail).
